the staff was great, specifically those at check-in and the concierge. (i did appreciate that!)

My room had a problem. All the water leaked inside when i showered. i was not thrilled about mopping up after every shower.

i found the gym to be well-equipped. it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the king studio residence kitchen room provided a comfortable space for my stay. the public areas featured better decoration than i anticipated.

both phones in my room were not working. i discovered this issue only on the last day. the breakfast area was too busy during peak hours , and the staff needed better training. the porter was rude when i arrived , which was dissapointing.
